These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Classy Academy website and the digital products offered on it. Classy Academy is a trading name of 88 Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or accessing our content, you enter into an agreement with 88 Studios and agree to these Terms.

The product

We sell digital guides delivered electronically. Products include the Classy Lady Luxe Bundle, which comprises the Personal Stylist Guide, Elegance & Etiquette Guide, and Dressing for Your Shape Guide, in both PDF and interactive flipbook formats.

Digital delivery

Access to your purchased guides is delivered instantly through your account on this website following successful payment. You will receive an email with a secure link to access your library. Guides are provided as PDF downloads and hosted flipbook links.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by using it for unlawful purposes, engaging in fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property rights, or interfering with the security or integrity of the site (for example through malware, probing, or unauthorised scraping).

License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the guides for your own personal, non- commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, share, publish, or modify any portion of the guides without our written consent.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes collected by Paddle.

Refunds

Account and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the email address associated with your purchase and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Access is granted via passwordless magic links sent to that email. Sharing access with others is a violation of these Terms and may result in access being revoked.

Intellectual property

All content within the guides, including text, imagery, layout, and branding, is the property of 88 Studios and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Service level

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimer

The guides are provided for informational and educational purposes. Style and etiquette guidance is personal in nature; results and experiences may vary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 88 Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the guides or the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
